Mix and place in a 13x9 baking dish:
1 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water
Place boneless, skinless chicken breast on top, salt and pepper chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for two hours.
