3-4 lb. boneless pork roast
Rub 3 Tbsp. salt into roast
Then mix:
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Rub this into the roast.
Place in crock pot and add 1/2 cup water. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred roast, pour reserved juices over it and serve with white rice.
